The initiative to form a group of companies working together belongs to - SPI TECHNOLOGY and MADOC Inc.
We will briefly describe history of those two companies. - SPI TECHNOLOHY is located in Los Angeles, was formed in 1991 as a consulting and trading company engaged in trading different kind of processing equipment advanced technology, machinery and row material SPI TECHNOLOGY are the official distributor of one of the largest well known and innovative world Irrigation Company -T-L.
- SPI TECHNOLOGY also represent Canadian Company- AIL Corporation. AIL corporation is one of the largest world supplier of bolted corrugated steel pipes diameter up to 17 meter used for application in building bridges tunnels units, underground and over road pedestrian crossing ,flood defense system, mining industry and mountain road building applications.
- Madoc Inc. was formed and registered in California in 1997 as an international trade company. Avenue of activity food and machinery export. Both companies SPI TECHNOLOGY and MADOC INC. work together since formation of MADOC INC. - Three other companies in the association preferred at a present time remain anonymous.
- Our association is represented in Ukraine by Mr. Yriy Shvets owner of "SPD COMPANY'' who has an authorities to contact potential customers and to carry out a preliminary negotiations.
